Syriana and world today

Syriana is a very famous movie in the 21st century. It is a 2005 geopolitical thriller film being written and directed by Stephen Gaghan. It was executive produced by George Clooney (it stars an ensemble cast). Gaghan's screenplay is loosely adepated from Robert Baer's memoir "See No Evil." Baer is a famous ex-CIA agent. The film deals with petroleum politics, and the global influence of the oil industry. The National Board of Review named Syriana as one of the best films of the year and Stephen Gaghan's screenplay as the Best Adapted Screenplay. This industry has economic, political, legal, and social effects in the world. George Clooney plays a CIA operative, Matt Damon plays an energy analyst, Jeffrey Wright plays a Washington attorney, and Mazhar Munir plays a young unemployed Pakistaini migrant worker. Like Gaghan's screenplay for Traffic, Syriana uses multiple parallel storylines jumping from places in Texas,Washington D.C., Switzerland, Spain, and Syria. Clooney won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role as Agent Bob Barnes, and Gaghan's script was nominated by the Academy for Best Original Screenplay. As of April 20, 2006, the film grossed a total of $50.82 million in the U.S. box office and $42.9 million in the rest of the world, for a total of $93.73 million. The film deals with the American energy giant Connex losing control of key Middle east oil fields in a Kingdom ruled by the al-Subaai family. American intelligence wants to assassinate Prince Nasir to gain control of his oil resources. Clooney's character tries to organize a plan to assassinate Nasir. Yet, his character is a rogue agent, so he warns Nassir about the assassination plot. It was too later since the missile strikes and Nasir and his family, along with Barnes, are all killed in the explosion. Woodman survives the blast and makes his way home to his wife and son. The movie ended when the Connex-Killen merger being a success. This movie is based on 9/11 and its aftermath with the war on terror. Gaghan met Baer for lunch to understand about the mechinations of the Middle East. The film was controversial as some loved the storyline and some criticized it for embracing cliches about the CIA, terrorists, oil companies, and the U.S. government.

A Russian teenager girl dies from a legal abortion at a Moscow hospital last Wednesday. The abortion was botched according to sources. The death is another casuality of a Russian abortion industry that has produced some of the highest abortion rates in the world. It has caused significant infertility problems. The Pravada news service indicates the women began suffering problems immediately following the abortion, lost consciousness and eventually died. Hospital officials took the unnamed woman to a larger hospital located next door and immediately transferred her to an intensive care unit, where she eventaully died form the abortion complications. Emergency physicians told the Russian web site LifeNews (not affiliated with the pro-life news service of Lifenews in America), that the woman was dead by the time they arrived to care for her. They said that the woman died from acute cardiovascular insufficiency and intensive blood loss. This is what typically happens when the abortion has caused damage to the woman's uterus or other internal parts and she suffers intense bleeding. Pravada indicates that another case recently occured where a young woman died from a failed abortion. In this second case, a gynecologist at a private clinic has been charged with inadvertent manslaughter after injecting the woman with lidocaine. The Russian news agency indicates the abortion and drug caused problems and the woman eventually died. Officials later determined the aboriton practitioner did not have a proper license. These deaths follow the death of another Russian woman who died at a Moscow clinic after an abortion in March 2009. The 2nd trimester abortion was done by the head physician at the clinic as Pravada indicated. Last month, a top Russian health minister suggested the nation should consider cutting abortion to combat its problems of underpopulation. Health Minister Tatyana Golikova said that the Russian government is meeting to determine how to reduce abortions. "The topic of reducing abortions is definitely on today's agenda. This won't solve the birthrate problem 100 percent, but around 20 to 30 percent," Russian news agencies indicated Golikova saying. Golikova said that there were 1.714 million births in Russia in 2008, but 1.234 million abortions as the country continued having one of the highest abortion rates in the world along with eastern European nations. So, abortion is evil and this incident of the botched abortion in Russia is one example is how abortion is an eugenic evil.

The Shack is a literature that's popular. It's been on the NY Times top ten for Paperback trad fiction since June of 2008. It has sold about 7 million copies worldwide. It's been translated into 2 languages. William Paul Young wrote the book. The problem with "The Shack" is that it's about redefining God. Young said that the book is for those with: "... longing that God is as kind and loving as we wish he was” (interview with Sherman Hu, Dec. 4, 2007). He means that he wants to have a desire on the part of the natural man for a God who loves people "unconditionally" and doesn't require repentance or obedience (doesn't judge sin and doesn't make men feel guilty for what they do). In the same interview, Young said that a woman wrote to him and said that her 22 year old daughter came to her after reading the book and asked, "...IS IT ALRIGHT IF I DIVORCE THE OLD GOD AND MARRY THE NEW ONE?” Young therefore admits that the God of The Shack is different from the traditional God of Bible-believing Christianity. He says that the God who “watches from a distance and judges sin” is “a Christianized version of Zeus.” This stuff were similar to the modernist G. Bromley Oxnam, who called the God of the Old Testament as a "dirty bully." This is found in his 1944 book entitled, "Preaching a Revolutinary Age." The Shack depicts God the Father as a large black woman who loves to listen to hip hop. This is borderline racist to say the least. The Shack god is the god of the emerging church. She/He is cool, loves rock & roll, is non-judgmental, does not exercise wrath toward sin, does not send unbelievers to an eternal fiery hell, does not require repentance and the new birth, puts no obligations on people, and doesn’t like traditional Bible churches. Note the following quotes from Young’s god: “I don’t need to punish people for sin. Sin is its own punishment, devouring you from the inside. It’s not my purpose to punish it...” (The Shack, p. 120). Contrast Isaiah 13:11. “Those who love me come from every system that exists. They were Buddhists or Mormons, Baptists or Muslims ... and many who are not part of any Sunday morning or religious institutions. ... I have no desire to make them Christian” (p. 182). Contrast Acts 4:12; 26:28. Young’s god has a strong kinship to the New Age god promoted by Oprah Winfrey. The Shack is another building stone of the end-times Tower of Babel. The deception in the world is getting more and more overtly wicked.

It's been found out that 9 months before Operation Northwoods, government leaders suggested false flag terror in the Dominican Republic. Operation Northwood is easily discren as the event wherefore the American Joint Chiefs of Staff signed off on a plan to blow up American airplanes via using an elaborate plan involving the switching of airplanes. They wanted to use terrorist acts on American soil and blame it on the Cubans in order to justify an invasion of Cuba. See the following ABC news report; the official documents; and watch this interview with the former Washington Investigative Producer for ABC’s World News Tonight with Peter Jennings. The plans for Operation Northwoods were signed on March 13, 1962, yet President John F. Kennedy rejected these plans. Nine months later, another false flag attack was apparently discussed in order to justify an invasion of the Dominican Republic. Now, according to official State Department records, Under Secretary of State Chester Bowles wrote on June 3, 1961 about how government officials planned to use the military to invade the Dominican Republic. Bob Kennedy wanted an excuse to move on the island and Bob McNamara supported the view of invasion (using an excuse not necessary overtly battling the nation). If there had not been a two thousand year old history of false flag terror, Kennedy, Lemnitzer McNamara and their ilk wouldn’t have so readily suggested it as an off-the-shelf solution to promote their solution to a political crisis. If there had not been such a frequently-used tactic of fake terror, Lemnitzer and the rest of the Joint Chiefs of Staff wouldn’t have suggested it nine months later to justify war against Cuba. False flag operations are common in history and they have murdered people.

People still want to bomb Iran. Propaganda is constant in wanting this evil to be a reality. According to a recent Gallup poll, Americans consider Iran to be the "least liked" nation on the planet. “Canada retained its top position in Gallup’s annual country ratings, with 90% of Americans viewing it favorably, unchanged from 2009. Iran continues to rank last, with 10% this year,” Gallup reports. Even the reclusive totalitarian state of North Korea fared better than Iran. Soem Americans rate Iran unfavorably since people know little to nothing about Iran, which is beyond what's being fed by the corproate media. FOX News reports that time is running out for Ian and military action is on the horizon. This is war mongering 101. A recent CNN poll show that an astounding 71 percent of Americans believe that Iran currently has nuclear weapons. This view is not true. The poll is proof to the effectiveness of unrelenting propaganda rushed by the corporate media. The corporate media still wants to bomb Iran in some quarters. On February 9, the supposed "liberal" New York Times ran an editorial calling for crippling economic sanctions on the Iranian people. They hinted at the prospect of attacking the country in the following words: "...Enough is enough. Iran needs to understand that its nuclear ambition comes with a very high cost,” the newspaper opined. The New York Times with the neocon operative Judith Miller on board ran a number of propaganda pieces making the case that Iraq had WMDs when in fact it did not. Miller resigned from the newspaper and now appears as a regular on FOX News. The elite hate some in Iran since it doesn't take exact orders from the bankers and their international organizations like the United Nations (and the their loan sharking groups like the World Bank and the IMF. Saddam Hussein was attacked after he refused to take orders from Wall Street and the City of London). The leader of Iran’s Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, said recently that “the Iranian nation’s resistance to the West set an example for the generation to come of how to confront pressure by reliance on its own capability and a divine source,” reports Press TV. Khamenei said that Iran's resistance will make Muslim vigilance possible. The deception of Iran having nuclear weapons is used by neocons for years. This rhetoric is spreading to liberals and Democrats since Barack Obama has been elected President of the United States. Many liberals and Democrats oppose war illegal mass murder campaigns when they are propsoed by neo cons and Republicans. Yet, Democrats in huge numbers supported murder when Clinton invaded Yugoslavia. A new regime at the the UN’s International Atomic Energy Agency has produced a report saying Iran is working toward a nuclear weapon. In the recent past, the IAEA said there was no evidence Iran was attempting to build a nuclear weapon. This conclusion was backed up by a 2007 National Intelligence Estimate from the U.S. intelligence community that said Iran abandoned its nuclear weapons program years ago. “When asked if the White House believes the IAEA report or the 2007 NIE estimate, officials had no comment except to suggest that they were looking forward to the new NIE on Iran, which they said was in the works,” reports The Washington Post. The next NIE estimate might agree with the IAEA. Some believe that NIE estimates promtoe political polarization. One point is that in October of 2002, the NIE argued that Iraq had an active nuclear program. This was reach by the U.N. and other intelligence serives (of Iraq having chemical and biological weapons). This has turned out to be false. It was used as propaganda to justify an invasion of Iraq (previously sanctions in Iraq killed more than 1 million Iraq which 500,000 of them were children). The U.S. now want more sanctions against Iran. “The White House has begun circulating sanctions against Iran as part of its pursuit of United Nations-backed punishment for Iran’s secretive pursuit of nuclear weapons,” Fox News reported on Friday. “We are internally and with partners beginning the process of thinking through what are the appropriate elements of pressure,” said Susan Rice, Obama’s foreign policy adviser and United States Ambassador to the United Nations. “And that will be a process that will continue over a period of time and I think we should be realistic about the pace.” Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said that Iran is sliding into a military dictatorship (and wants to develop a nuclear weapon). Clinton made her remarks after Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad reiterated that Iran was ready to suspend enrichment if it could exchange its low-enriched uranium stockpile for processed fuel rods from abroad. Barack Obama claimed that he is trying to have constructive dialogue with the United Nations to sanction Iran. Mohammad Nahavandian, an Iranian businessman, said today that sanctions will not cripple the country’s economy. “It has been proven that the Iranian economy is not sanctionable… the stated goal of sanctions is political, which has never been achieved,” Nahavandian told Reuters in an interview. Navandian said that Iran is dealing with non-western nations more including Asian and regional countries. China has veto-wielding power in the U.N. Security Council is very reluctant to approve more sanctions on Iran. Trade between Iran and China is now over $28 billion. Nahavandian said that with indirect trade, it may be about 31 billion dollars, which is above the trade with the EU. Bush era neocons are now pushing for mass murder againt Iran. Bush era UN ambassador John Bolton wrote for the Wall Street Journal on February 9 that America's central focus ought to prevent Iran to obtain nuclear weapons in the first place. Bolton is a neocon obviously. He believes that war is nedded to bring democracy in Iran not just sanctions on FOX News too, etc. It's not certain whether an invasion of Iran will come or not. If the U.S. invades Iran, the consequences will be bad. Russia's General of the Army Nikolay Makarov warned that an American attack on Iran now, when the US is bogged down in two wars, might lead to the collapse of the United States. Makarov made the remarks in Vzglyad on Friday, February 19, 2010, and they were translated or paraphrased by the USG Open Source Center (he said that America is already having 2 fronts in Iraq and Afghanistan). An invasion plays in the hands of the global elite that want America to embrace a global governmental system (where the Third World is pacified in neo-colonial, imperialist policies plus control by the elite including America being bounded under more economic debt).
